Customers must follow these 3 steps for shipping repairs:
- Contact us via email to describe the issue with your sound system.
- Once we review the issue and approve the request, we will confirm that you’re clear to ship the item.
- After receiving the item, we will proceed with the repair and send it back upon completion.
Please note that all shipping costs, including return shipping, must be paid by the customer.
